Culinary Alchemy Academy provides digital educational services. Because subscribers receive access to digital content, refund requests are reviewed under the standards described below rather than guaranteed automatically.

1. General Principle

Once digital access has been granted, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or documented unresolved technical issue is confirmed.

2. Situations That May Be Reviewed for a Refund

  • A confirmed duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
  • A clear billing error, such as being charged the wrong plan or amount.
  • A verified unauthorized transaction, subject to review and fraud checks.
  • A documented technical access failure that prevents delivery of the digital service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period.

3. Situations That Are Generally Not Refundable

  • Requests made after the service has been accessed and no billing or technical error is found.
  • Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date.
  • Changes of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with personal progress after access has been granted.
  • Compatibility issues arising from the user's own device, browser, internet connection, or local software settings when the service is otherwise available.

4. How To Submit a Refund Request

To request a review, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate the issue. Please include your full name, purchase email, subscription plan, approximate transaction date, and a brief explanation of the issue.

5. Review Timing

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the issue is discovered. In most cases, requests submitted long after the transaction date may be harder to verify and may be denied if supporting information is unavailable.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can investigate promptly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing question may delay review and account handling.

7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current paid term. Cancellation and refund review are separate processes.

8. Processor Timing

If a refund is approved, the time needed for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment processor and your financial institution.
